MITA Base was born in a dispatch office, not in a pitch deck. We watched dispatchers hold a business together with three phones, a whiteboard and one sacred spreadsheet — and decided this deserves a real system.
That is why we build exactly one product for exactly one industry: dispatching medical transport in Germany. No generic logistics suite, no feature zoo — Muster 4, payers, P-Schein and dialysis series as the core, not a plugin.
